Chelsea & Pamela said selling their house was “so smooth”

When someone sells their house to us it’s important that they are smiling at the closing table. Pamela and Chelsea were no exception to this. The house had been in the family since 1998 so there was a lot of emotional attachment to it. The house had sat vacant and gutted since Katrina and they had always intended to fix it. Unfortunately Pamela’s husband had passed and it became clear they just weren’t going to do the rehab. They therefore decided to sell the house to a cash buyer and reached out to us.
