Home Buyer Louisiana is a real estate solution company based out of New Orleans. We provide win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of sticky situations like code violations, problem tenants, vacant properties tax liens, foreclosure, probate or anything else. We have a network of money partners, contractors and property professionals that specialize in taking problem properties and applying our knowledge, money and hard work to fix those problems. We also lend money to real estate developers so may buy your house direct for ourselves or fund the sale & rehab for another property investor.

We have many approaches that we take to a property depending on the circumstances. We may fix and flip, rehab and rent, provide lease options or many other approaches. We are constantly looking for properties all over Louisiana that we can add to our portfolio with a particular focus on Greater New Orleans, the Northshore and Baton Rouge

We live by 2 company values:

1. Everyone needs to smile at the closing table: We will only do a deal if everyone feels like they benefited. If you don’t think that you are getting a fair deal or that we haven’t gone out of our way to solve your issue and get you what you need, then we don’t want to do the deal. Likewise we need to get something out of the deal to compensate for our investment in time, money and expertise.

2. Everyone we speak to must leave in a better position: If we end up doing a deal then that is obvious, but this also applies if we don’t. We look at more properties than we buy and want to make sure that anyone that reaches out to us or whose home we go to at the very least get some quality information that helps them understand their options and empowers them to take whatever action is best for them (Even if that is not selling their property to us)

Steve is an entrepreneur and property investor from Australia. His family loved America and would visit every year. They have been to 28 states and their goal is to get to all 50. Their favorite city was always New Orleans so when Steve sold out of his Australian company he decided to take his family on a 6-month vacation to the Big Easy. 2 months into the vacation they realized that they couldn’t leave the city so got a Visa based on starting a business and investing in the USA (E2 Visa). That business was Home Buyer Louisiana and Steve is now dedicated to revitalizing blighted houses for new homeowners and tenants. He is a passionate Saints fan and attends most games in the Dome with his wife and children. He is proud to call New Orleans home now and contribute to growing the New Orleans economy. He is a member of the New Orleans Real Estate Investing Association and also invests in local startups through the NOLA Angel Network. He is affectionately know as “Aussie Steve” by the local property investor community.

The year was 1992. A Hot summer day at Charity Hospital, doctors delivered Arione and her twin sister to the world. Arione’s roots were planted decades prior, as her grandparents Samuel and Idella Williams settled and nestled 10 beautiful children in nola’s uptown historic district. Growing up she aspired for a career in fashion. She landed her first job at a small locally owned boutique on Magazine st.

After indulging in nonprofit work (bridge house corp) and even starting her own consignment/organizing business, she could no longer deny her undeniable sales capabilities. She ventured off into many areas of sales. Dominating in the automotive industry and juggling being a full time mother as well. Fast forward to the year 2020. Covid-19 put a pause on life for many. Ambitious and resilient she became the first employee at Home Buyer Louisiana! With guidance from Steve she knocked out 50 deals in just six months as Acquisitions specialist. Arione is determined to “keep this gumbo pot of a city stirring”! Embracing this challenging market with all social economic matters in mind. When asked, what’s next? She states: “everything and beyond”!

Jon is an entrepreneur and real estate professional.  Originally from Memphis, TN, Jon moved to New Orleans in 2011 to pursue opening a clothing boutique with his girlfriend at the time.  Jon fell in love with New Orleans and Louisiana culture and fully immersed himself in it.  Jon continued to grow his understanding of Louisiana culture by starting and operating businesses that reached all 64 parishes and traveling the state to meet with customers and subcontractors in every corner of the state.  This experience gives Jon a unique understanding of the people and places all across Louisiana.  Jon brings his business experience and understanding of Louisiana culture to his real estate work, where he specializes in helping people achieve their dreams of financial freedom through strategic real estate investments.  Jon also loves exploring creative ways for new homebuyers to make their first purchase, as well as using market data to help clients of all types make the best financial decision when it comes to buying or selling their home.

When Jon isn’t thinking about real estate, you can find him listening to live music, cooking fresh seafood, having drinks with friends, or playing pickleball with his group, NOLA Underground Pickleball, that he founded with his business partner as a way for people in the community to have fun, meet friends, and be healthy.
