We bought this Lot in Lakeview New Orleans. Well it wasn’t actually a lot when we bought it. There was a house that had been vacant since Katrina. The owner had been trying to fix the house up but hadn’t pulled the relevant permits and hadn’t done a lot of things right. The best use for the property was to tear the house down and do a new build on the lot. The property was in Lakeview so there is a lot of value in the land so it made sense to buy this house in As Is condition to tear it down.
