This Lakeview property in New Orleans started out as more than just a vacant lot, it was a hurricane-damaged home that had been sitting untouched since Katrina. This property is in Lakeview, which is a really nice area, so there’s a lot of value in the land itself. Even with a teardown, we were still able to pay a fair price for the property. Now, it’s been cleared and turned back into a lot, and there are plans for a new build.
