I’m here at a property we purchased a while ago—this is more of a project update. We did a video when we first bought it, and I’ll probably link to it here. At that time, the house was in terrible condition. It had termites, and one of the walls down here literally crumbled in your hands when you touched it. We had to completely replace that wall. The house was really run down, but now it’s looking much better and is almost ready for some tenants to move in and enjoy the space.

When I first started looking at this house, most of my contractors told me to tear it down. They said it was a complete teardown and wasn’t going to work. But that approach wouldn’t have worked for the seller because they needed a certain price, and tearing it down just wasn’t going to cut it financially. So, we found a partner who was able to work with what was there and turn it into the great house it is now.

Yes, we had to replace some walls. Yes, we had to fix the stucco and redo the floors. It was a significant job.
