It’s been vacant for a little over four years, and the owner is simply tired of dealing with it and ready to let it go. There’s significant damage throughout the property. Outside, you can see where the tree hit and is still sitting on top of the roof. Since it’s been vacant for so long, it’s unclear what additional damage may have occurred while the property was unsupervised.
