Miss Janice: So, me personally, starting with you, you were the first point of contact I had, and you have been absolutely awesome. I was just saying that to my brothers. From the beginning right up until now, you’ve guided me through everything and even provided a little bit of emotional support along the way. You explained a lot to me. You went above and beyond.

Billy: I haven’t really been hands-on with this house or the process—she’s handled it all—but she’s mentioned everyone here and how great y’all are. So it’s been excellent.

Miss Janice: It’s been good. I definitely appreciate it. The ending was easy—in fact, I think we’re finished now, anyway. I’m just hanging out with y’all for a little bit.
