Brian sold his house of 21 years for Cash in As Is Condition

Brian approached us 6 months ago as he wanted to sell his house fast so that he could purchase a lot and build a new home for his family. He had lived in the property for 21 years. Originally as a bachelor and then he raised his family in it. The house meant a lot to him but it had been awhile since it was updated. There was also tornado damage to part of the house, the AC didn’t work so it needed a lot of work to make it ready for a new home owner. It was also a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom which wasn’t very popular for the area as most families want at least 2 bathrooms.
