What’s up, everybody? It’s Jon with Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m at another house from one of our investor friends. They bought it but aren’t really sure if they want to take on the project since they’re tied up with some other stuff. We’re considering buying it and are currently checking it out.

It looks pretty good overall. This one’s in Metairie, almost to Kenner. The floors are a little dirty, and the kitchen is a bit dingy. But when you get further back, you can see where the real issues are. A lot of sheetrock and flooring are missing in the back part of the house, and it definitely looks like it was flooded at some point. Obviously these are all things that need to be fixed but aren’t an issue for us since we buy houses in As Is condition.

There’s also a nice little sunroom that needs to be redone. Overall, it looks like a fun little project. We’re going to make an offer and hopefully help the current owner move on to another project while we take on this one.
