We bought this house with foundation issues

If you have tried selling a house with foundation issues you would have probably found that it is hard to do. I’m here at a property we’re buying in New Orleans East. The owner had been using it as a rental. When he first bought the house, there were some issues, but he fixed most of them and had a tenant in place for a while. Eventually, he had to remove the tenant and decided it was time to sell.
