Hey, what’s up everybody? It’s Jon with Home Buyer Louisiana. On this rainy day, I’m outside of this property, walking into what used to be a duplex here in the St. Roch neighborhood in New Orleans.

As you can see, it is currently gutted and pretty bare. I’ve got to watch my step a little because some of the floors aren’t intact. But all in all, it’s framed pretty well and looks nice. I think we’ll be able to help the seller out. We’re just going to take measurements and handle some of the initial steps to figure out if we want to put it back together as a duplex or convert it into a single-family home.

This is a classic case of a project the seller couldn’t finish. He’s looking to move on and do something else, and we’re happy to take over. We’ll work on getting everything sorted out and turning this property back into a neighborhood beauty. Once it’s finished, it will be able to house a couple of families and provide comfortable living spaces.
