So, this house is owned by some investors. It was a rental, but there was a fire in it at the back, which I’ll show you in a second. The house has been broken into, and they stole the fireplace, you know, nice historic fireplaces. They took the mantle out. So, they just wanted to sell it for cash as-is.

They didn’t want to fix it up. They have the ability to fix it since they’ve flipped before, but they just don’t want to. It’s in a partnership that was ready to move on and sell it. So, they reached out to us, and we were able to come to terms on price.
