Dillon King with Home Buyer Louisiana. I am here on the West Bank of New Orleans today. We got some information about this property from someone who went to HomeBuyerLouisiana.com and filled out our inquiry form. They told us about this property. The damage is just too far gone, and they don’t have the means to fix it up.

This place has quite a bit of damage. I’m going to assume the damage started with a storm. I don’t know the full story behind it, but we’ve got sheetrock missing in a lot of different places, with daylight coming straight through. That definitely tells me there was significant roof damage. It then came into the home and totally opened up the sheetrock into the house. Again, here behind you, you can see daylight coming in over there.

I can tell while walking this property that I am walking on a pretty significant slope, telling me that there are probably some foundation issues. Again, this whole entire room does not have a ceiling, and going into the bathroom, it is just wide open.

From what I’m seeing, I definitely think that they had some storm damage, and then it just started piling up. The sheetrock is all over the floor. So not only is there a slope in the foundation, but we have so much that has just been wet, sitting, and disintegrating on top of the floor.

The flooring is completely ruined. The drywall has so many areas that need repair. On top of that, I see mold from the moisture being able to come inside the structure.
