This is a family home, and over the years it has experienced some wear and tear. There are a few areas in the roof that caused damage, along with water leaks and mold issues in the bathroom. The owners have a secondary home that they prefer to live in, and they do not want to put the effort into fixing up this property. They also do not want to deal with tenants.
