Hey, what’s up everybody? It is Jon with Home Buyer Louisiana. I am in a house in Old Jefferson. This is actually one of our colleagues’ properties—he bought this house but has decided not to fix it up anymore. He’s got another project he wants to focus on instead.

This one is in pretty bad shape. It’s been abandoned for a while. As you can see, the roof has collapsed in a couple of places, and there’s a ton of stuff left in it. I think it’s going to need pretty much a full renovation.

But it’s a pretty neat little place. We love Old Jefferson, and I’m just scoping it out, trying to see what the scope of the work is going to be. I think it’s a perfectly reasonable project to take on.

We’re going to get an offer to our friend, and hopefully we can help him out so he can move on to his new project. Meanwhile, we’ll have another house in Old Jefferson—which, like I said, we love this area.
