Hey, what’s up everybody? It’s Jon from Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m out in front of a house in Kenner, Louisiana, that we are about to purchase. Let me walk you through the situation.

The seller of this property is an older landlord who had tenants that caused a lot of issues. They owned approximately 50 dogs and cats, which left the house in a very rough condition. Although you can’t tell from the video, the smell inside is pretty bad. There’s a lot of dust collected on the ceilings and ceiling fans, and the place is generally messy. There are also some pieces of old furniture, holes in the walls, and overall neglect.

The seller reached out to us because she was tired of being a landlord and ready to retire. We were able to work with her to agree on a price that met her needs. She’s excited to move on, and we’re equally excited to take on this new project in Kenner. Our plan is to renovate the property and restore it to its full potential.
