A fellow investor wanted to sell his Kenner property As Is

What’s up everybody, it’s Jon with Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m in a house in Kenner. This is actually one of our investor colleagues who’s got one that he’s wanting to see if we can buy. I don’t think he wants to finish the work. He would prefer to just sell the house in As Is Condition. You can see that there are some torn-up floors, which are a little bit lower level. Looks like this is an on—we’re trying to figure out what we want to do with it, but I think it has potential. I think some of the kitchen stuff’s got to go, but all in all, I think it’s a decent little project, and we’re looking to help him out.
