Project Update – Uptown New Orleans Flip

We love transforming neighborhoods one property at a time. This house that we bought awhile ago was vacant and not in great shape. The owner had bought it at a tax sale and we purchased it from him. Our partner did a great renovation on it and now it is listed for sale so a new owner can make this house their home.

Hey, what’s up everybody? It’s Jon with Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m in a house that we actually bought at a tax sale about six or eight months ago. It was in pretty rough condition back then, but one of our partners, Robert, just finished the renovation—and now it’s on the market. Man, it looks so much better!
