We bought this double with lots of deferred maintenance

We bought this double in New Orleans East. The owner lived in Texas and had been managing it remotely. One side was vacant and the other had a tenant who was wanting to leave as they weren’t happy with the speed in which things were being fixed. It was a nice property but had a lot of deferred maintenance. The guttering was falling off, some of the internal walls were water damaged, there had been a stove fire that lead to fire damage on the cabinets and the wall among other things.

That’s ok though because we purchase homes in ANY condition. We were able to give the owner a fair cash offer for the house. We bought it AS-IS so we took responsibility for all the repairs.
