What’s up everybody, it’s Jon with Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m actually in a house in New Orleans East, specifically in the Plum Orchard area. This one’s pretty nice overall, though I did find a small termite problem. I noticed some termite issues in the back of the house, but the front looks good. The kitchen is nice, and the living area is spacious. The bedrooms are also in great shape, though the owners are simply tired of dealing with the property.

They’ve already moved out of town and are ready to be done with this one. As I walk through, I can see there’s still electricity here, which is great. Overall, the house is in good shape, but it’s a bit difficult to sell properties in this area. Because of that, we’ll probably end up renting it out. We’ll fix up a couple of the termite spots and address a few areas in the floor that need attention. But overall, I’m pretty happy with how it looks.

The sellers are also happy since we’ve already agreed on a price. I’m just here to check things out and get a better idea of the scope of work that will be needed.
