I’m at this double and it’s actually in pretty good shape. It needs some TLC. The wood floors are really nice. We may need to make the ground a little sturdier in some areas, but nothing crazy with the elevation that I’ve felt before. This is just from getting my eyes on it one time. Overall it’s in decent condition. I see zero damage to the ceiling. I’ve walked around the outside and it has that old New Orleans charm. It’s got the blue ceiling on the patio that everybody loves. It still needs some TLC, but it’s definitely move-in ready with a few small updates.
