It was an inherited property that had been in the family for a while. Unfortunately, the mother had passed away, and one of the heirs had also passed away, so there was some succession work that needed to be done. We’re very experienced with these types of situations. The seller reached out to us, and we helped them through our title company to sort out all the succession issues so that the property could legally transfer into their name.

We got the title transferred today, and we bought it today. Our title company handled the succession in conjunction with the title work.
