Hey guys, Jon here with Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m out at a property in Baton Rouge. This is a fire-damaged house. The fire was contained to the back room and the hallway, but you can see there’s some pretty serious damage there. Smells like smoke, as you can imagine. We buy houses like this.
