Steve founded Home Buyer Louisiana after relocating from Sydney, Australia to New Orleans in 2018. With a background in technology, business, and real estate investing, he built Home Buyer Louisiana to create a better selling experience for homeowners in Louisiana. Steve is active in the community and is a director of the New Orleans Real Estate Investing Association, organizer of the Westbank Real Estate Investors Meetup and passionate about helping people move on from problem properties and revitalizing neighborhoods. The year was 1992. A Hot summer day at Charity Hospital, doctors delivered Arione and her twin sister to the world. Arione’s roots were planted decades prior, as her grandparents Samuel and Idella Williams settled and nestled 10 beautiful children in nola’s uptown historic district. Growing up she aspired for a career in fashion. She landed her first job at a small locally owned boutique on Magazine st.

After indulging in nonprofit work (bridge house corp) and even starting her own consignment/organizing business, she could no longer deny her undeniable sales capabilities. She ventured off into many areas of sales. Dominating in the automotive industry and juggling being a full time mother as well. Fast forward to the year 2020. Covid-19 put a pause on life for many. Ambitious and resilient she became the first employee at Home Buyer Louisiana! With guidance from Steve she knocked out 50 deals in just six months as Acquisitions specialist. Arione is determined to “keep this gumbo pot of a city stirring”! Embracing this challenging market with all social economic matters in mind. When asked, what’s next? She states: “everything and beyond”!

Jon is an entrepreneur and real estate professional.  Originally from Memphis, TN, Jon moved to New Orleans in 2011 to pursue opening a clothing boutique with his girlfriend at the time.  Jon fell in love with New Orleans and Louisiana culture and fully immersed himself in it.  Jon continued to grow his understanding of Louisiana culture by starting and operating businesses that reached all 64 parishes and traveling the state to meet with customers and subcontractors in every corner of the state.  This experience gives Jon a unique understanding of the people and places all across Louisiana.  Jon brings his business experience and understanding of Louisiana culture to his real estate work, where he specializes in helping people achieve their dreams of financial freedom through strategic real estate investments.  Jon also loves exploring creative ways for new homebuyers to make their first purchase, as well as using market data to help clients of all types make the best financial decision when it comes to buying or selling their home.

When Jon isn’t thinking about real estate, you can find him listening to live music, cooking fresh seafood, having drinks with friends, or playing pickleball with his group, NOLA Underground Pickleball, that he founded with his business partner as a way for people in the community to have fun, meet friends, and be healthy.

Shanon and his Family are from St Rose Louisiana and now he resides in Kenner. Shanon is passionate about helping people. This is true in his personal life where he looks after his Mother & Grandmother and at work where he loves to help home owners with problem properties. He is dedicated and hard working. He is a black belt in Karate and teaches kids martial arts. He applies that same dedication at work when he helps property owners. He likes to help and he likes to talk and our sellers enjoy talking with them about their options for their property. His role is to help understand the needs of sellers and to see if we can figure out a way to give them what they need while still making the deal work as an investment for us.  Even if we can’t make the deal work Shanon will go the extra mile to give our sellers thoughts on what other options they have.

Dillon King is a licensed General Contractor and real estate investor, born and raised in Metairie. His entrepreneurial journey started in an unexpected place, as a self-employed hairdresser for nearly a decade. before realizing his passion for helping people achieve more through fitness. In 2016, he opened Flambeaux Fit with his Wife Missy, a community-driven gym that reflected his dedication to coaching and empowering others.

Dillon’s upbringing gave him a deep respect for homeownership. Growing up, his family moved frequently between apartments and doubles, often facing housing affordability challenges. In 2008, one of his family’s homes was foreclosed on while they were living in it, a pivotal moment that shaped the way he views real estate.

Today, Dillon has built his dream home, is a licensed General Contractor with D&M King General Contractor, and is actively building his career as a real estate investor. His journey, empathy, and resilience are what led him to join the Home Buyer Louisiana family, where he brings both professionalism and compassion to every deal.

Missy King is a driven professional and dedicated member of the Home Buyer Louisiana team. A lifelong athlete, she earned multiple college softball scholarships through her determination and competitive spirit, qualities that continue to shape how she approaches business and life.

Her career path has been marked by leadership and growth. In every position she’s held, Missy has consistently risen into management roles thanks to her ability to connect with people, stay organized, and lead with both professionalism and empathy. She also brings extensive entrepreneurial experience, having helped build and manage both a fitness business and a general contracting company with her husband Dillon.

Beyond work, Missy continues to fuel her love for softball, both coaching and competing in a travel league. As a mom of three, she understands the pressures families face and the need for practical, caring solutions in difficult situations. At Home Buyer Louisiana, Missy applies that same energy, balancing efficiency, urgency, and genuine compassion for sellers in difficult situations.
