Good morning, everybody. It’s Jon Lester here with Home Buyer Louisiana. I’m in a house out here in Marrero that has commercial space downstairs and residential space upstairs, which we do buy. We buy anything with a residential component to it.

I’m checking out the downstairs, which looks solid, but the upstairs isn’t in as good a condition. You can see straight through the floor in some places. What I actually want to show you, though, is what this property looks like on the outside.
