What’s up, everybody? It’s Dillon King with Home Buyer Louisiana. I am here in the Hollygrove area of New Orleans, very close to Claiborne, just where it turns into Jefferson Highway. We’re on the cusp here, but we have an inherited house that is obviously very overgrown. Some of the limbs are even getting into the house, and the floor is on level. We can go over to the exterior, and I can show you a little bit behind me here.

If you look behind me, it’s overgrown. We’ve got windows that are broken, and we’ve got window framing that is dry-rotted. I can tell that weather and rain are able to get in, even on the inside. We’ve got a ton of debris left all over the property.
