We bought this inherited house in As Is condition with the belongings in it

We bought this inherited house in Harahan. The heir lived out of state and didn’t want to clean out the house or repair it. The house itself was in bad shape and needed a pretty significant rehab. It was also full of belongings and needed to be cleaned out. The heir just wanted to sell the inherited house with the belongings in it which is OK with us. We need to rehab it anyway so just donate what we can to charity and put the rest in a dumpster. We are used to buying houses in As Is Condition so don’t mind cleaning it out and making repairs.

Most heirs really appreciate this as they don’t always have the money for the legal fees.
