I just left the closing where we purchased this lot in Arabi, St. Bernard Parish. You can see the “For Sale by Owner” sign behind me, not anymore! I’ll take that down since we closed on it today.

We’ve actually been speaking with the seller for quite a while. It’s a bit of a sad story. He built a new construction home here and planned to rent it out, but in 2022, one of those tornadoes in Arabi hit the property and completely destroyed it.
