We bought this Metairie fixer upper in As Is condition. The seller had bought the house a long time ago as their starter home but now lived out of state and it was time to sell the house. The house was dated, the floors needed to be replaced and the master bedroom had been gutted due to roof leaks. While the house was in a nice part of Jefferson Parish it needed a fair amount of work to make it ready for a new home owner. The owners just didn’t want to put the time, effort and money into fixing the house, particularly given they lived out of state. So instead they decided to sell to a cash buyer who was happy to buy in As Is condition.

The seller reached out to us to buy the property and we were able to come to a deal that worked for both of us.
